He is survived by three sons, Givens (Cheryl) Roy III, Alan (Tina) Roy, Christopher Roy; four daughters, Donna Roy, Doris Roy Surratt, Benita Roy, Amelia Roy; one step-son, Errol (Tiffany) Craig; two step-daughters, Victoria (Bural) Jackson Bullock, Charlotte Jackson; 22 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; three brothers, Henry (Ida) Thomas, L.C. (Dorothy) Thomas, Joe (Marlene) Roy; four sisters, Delois Sturgeon, Bertha Farmer, Irene (Lamar) Griffith, Thelma (Arthur) Patterson; special aunt, Aretha Johnson; a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
