Obituary for Shanna Marie Moss GranthamPaducah, Ky. Shanna Marie Moss Grantham, age 41, of Paducah, Ky. went home to our Heavenly Father at 11:22 a.m. on Monday, November 24, 2014.
Shanna was a member of LaCenter First Baptist Church, LaCenter, Ky. She became a licensed Practical Nurse in 1994 and worked the last 10 years at Martin Family Practice. She
was very devoted to her job, becoming close friends with many of her patients and co-workers.
Shanna is survived by her beautiful daughters Kathryn Paige Grantham and Lauren Nicole Grantham of Paducah; her Mother, Rose Franks Moss of Paducah; her brother, Keven Lynn Moss and wife, Molly Johns Moss of Pittsburg, Texas; one nephew, Andrew Jonathan Moss and one niece, Allison Rose Moss, both of Pittsburg, Texas.
Other survivors include two uncles, Fred Franks (Marty) of Highland Village, Texas and Michael Moss (Rita) of Calvert City; Five Aunts, DeLana Thomas of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Virginia Roberts of LaCenter, Ky. Valorie Hite (Randy) of Bandana, Ky. Sandy Harris of Paducah, Ky. and Kay Shockley of Paducah, Ky. Also surviving are cousins; Crystal Hartzog ( Ben), Mindy Babb, Brian Hite (Amy), Chris Franks ( Kelly), Jacob Franks, Rachel Franks, Deidre Johns, Nathan Johns ( Effie), Ricky Long ( Opaline), Vickie Viniard ( Jeff), Talley Allen, Jr.( Denise), Melissa Sayers ( Tim), Cary Moss, Tracy Bristow ( Dale), Darla Puckett (Terry), Dana Turner, Cindy Cornwell, Lisa Mohr ( Doug), Eddie Cole ( Lori), Judy Short ( Ron), and Jimmy Mackowey.
Preceding in death was her Father, Gary L. Moss, Paternal Grandparents, Page and Opal Moss and Mary K. Moss; Maternal Grandparents Thedfred Eugene Franks, Sr. and Evelyn Harwell Franks; one uncle, Terry L. Moss and two aunts; Betty L. Long and Nancy A. Allen.
Funeral services for Shanna will be Saturday, November 29, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at Morrow Funeral Chapel in LaCenter with Rev. Chris Downing and Rev. Tim Bertram officiating. Interment will follow
at Barlow Cemetery.
Visitation will be Friday, November 28, 2014, from 5-8 p.m.
Pallbearers will be Fred Franks (uncle), Randy Hite (uncle), Brian Hite (cousin), Ben Hartzog (cousin), Nathan Johns (cousin), Larry Savells, Dennis Fentress, and Wayne Glisson.
