Age 95, passed away on Friday, May 1, 2015 at Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville. She was born March 30, 1920 in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, was formerly of North Chicago and has lived in Libertyville for the past 35 years. Esther was a graduate of the University of Puerto Rico, was a teacher in the North Chicago School District and was a very proficient bilingual teacher. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Harold W. Miller and by her second husband, Dr. Lawrence C. Day.
