He was born January 21, 1927 in Galena, MO to Efton and Etta (Standridge) Flood.
Sidney served as a Military Policeman in the U.S. Army.
He loved Hunting, fishing and gardening.
Mr. Flood is preceded in death by his parents; wife Ruth J. Johnson Flood; close lady friend and fishing buddy, Goldie Workman.
He is survived by his son, Buddy and Brandy Flood; sister, Marjory and Shely Siegler of Florida; grandsons, Xavier Wilcoxen of TX and Jeremy Curney of Crane, MO; Self adopted Daughter Betty Self of Clarksville.
There will be a private service at a later date.
