Paul Carlotta, age 89, of Fort Mitchell, passed away on Monday, November 23 at home with family by his side. He leaves behind his loving wife of 67 years, Marianne Moser Carlotta. He is also survived by his sister Mary Steer of Cincinnati, his five boys Paul (wife Sherrie) of Union, Ric of Fort Mitchell, Dan of Indianapolis, Mark (wife Kathy) of Elsmere, Pat (wife Diane) of Independence, and, still considered close family member, Cindy Carlotta of Fort Mitchell. In addition, he has 12 grandchildren, and several great and great-great grandchildren. Paul is a lifelong member of the Fort Mitchell's Volunteer Fire Department, Navy Veteran, Kentucky Colonel, and most importantly a jokester. He brought a great deal of laughter to anyone around him.

His body has been donated to medical science at the University of Cincinnati per his request.

Memorial service will be held Saturday, November 28, at 10:00 a.m. at Blessed Sacrament Church in Fort Mitchell with a gathering in the undercroft following. MIDDENDORF FUNERAL HOME, FT. WRIGHT is assisting the family.
