Pam was born on February 15, 1946 in Denver, Colorado, the daughter of Hubert and Lorene Sweem.
Pam served in the U.S. Navy from 1965 to 1968, during which time, she met and married her husband.
The couple retired to Rogers in 1989.
She was a member of the American Legion, and American Auxiliary Post 100 in Rogers.
Pam was a gentle soul who loved spending time with her family, and gardening and an avid reader of novels of all genres. Her warm, caring personality was infectious, and she touched all those she met.
Pam is survived by her husband of 49 years, Michael Taylor; their two sons, Andy Taylor and Robert Taylor; three grandchildren, Colesie, Carden and Lillian; and two sisters, Pearl Brown and Vickie Moore.
A Memorial Service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, May 30, 2016 at the Epting Funeral Home in Bentonville.
