Nina J. Salter, of Bellingham, WA, passed away on Thursday, December 16, 2004, in Bellingham. She was 86, born August 24, 1918, in Minot, ND, to May (Hall) and Herbert Fish.
Nina and her husband Lloyd resided for 49 years in Renton prior to moving to Bellingham six years ago.
She married Dr. Lloyd Salter on August 20, 1946 at the First Baptist Church in Seattle. She was very involved in committees and activities of the First Baptist Church in Renton.
Nina was preceded in death by her beloved twin sister Nita and brother Vynor.
She is survived by her husband Dr. Lloyd Salter of Bellingham; two daughters: Jean Gray and husband Jim of Bellingham, Anita Salter of Seattle; stepson Steve Salter of San Diego, CA; sister Virginia Tozer of Ellensburg, WA; and two grandchildren: Jared Gray and wife Diana of Seattle, Justyn Freeman and husband Ian of Edmonds.
A Funeral Service will be held at 1:30 PM, Monday, December 20, 2004, at Jones|Moles Funeral Home, with visitation from 11:00 until the time of the service.
