Sunday, September 18, 2016 at his residence.
The Warren County native was a member of Dedicated Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Lucille Hazel and his uncle Roger Herald.
His survivors include his mother Nancy Herald Hall; two brothers, David and Anthony Wolf; his grandfather, Bobby Hazel, two nephews, Brandon and Logan Wolfe; one niece, Hope Wolfe; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral service Wednesday at Hardy and Son Funeral Home, Chapel with cremation to follow.
