She was born Oct. 19, 1946, in Rock Island, to John and Katherine Mosher. She married Edward Lange Aug. 19, 2006.
She leaves behind her husband; son, Dale Garcia; sister, Peggy Oviatt; brother, Allen Mosher; grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
