Mrs. Deloris Jean Joiner, age 45, of Lyons, died Friday, December 9, 2016 in the Navicent Health Medical Center of Central Georgia in Macon, after a sudden illness. She was a native of Toombs County, and lived all of life in Lyons. She was a 1989 graduate of Toombs County High School, and a graduate of Southeastern Technical College. She worked with Georgia Federal State Inspection Services in Vidalia, and sold AVON most her adult life. She attended Calvary on Aimwell. She was preceded in death by her father, Kenneth Wayne Stewart.

Mrs. Joiner is survived by her fiancé, Wayne Autry of Lyons; two sons, Dustin Joiner and fiancé Rebecca Tapley of Twin City, and Dylan Joiner and wife Jessica of the Johnson Corner Community; her parents, Jean Tootle Bryant and Kenneth “Buck” Bryant of Lyons; one brother, Shannon Bryant and wife Angie; paternal grandmother, Evelyn Bryant, all of Lyons; four grandchildren, Hunter, Logan, Luke, and Evan; and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held Thursday, December 15th at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Ronald V. Hall Funeral Home with Pastor Efton Green officiating. Burial will follow in Lakeview Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 5:00 until 8:00.
