Fay Spurlock, age 63, of Clinton, passed away on Sunday, January 22, 2017 at the Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge.
She was born in Licking County, Ohio on November 30, 1953 to the late Ernest and Frances Shuman Kindred.
Fay loved spending time with her family and friends, especially her grandchildren. She will be dearly missed.
In addition to her parents, Fay is preceded in death by her Brothers, Larry and Charles Kindred.
Fay is survived by Spurlock Daughters Crystal Schimpf and husband Lacy Annie Sutch and husband Corey Jovonne Price and husband Josh LaDonna Spicher and husband Mike Brother Lee Kindred Sister Kathy Kindred Grandchildren Nicholas Schimpf, Tyra Barnhart, Caitlin Schimpf, Dominic Moore, Frankie Schimpf, Jonathan Schimpf, Ellie Swisher, Maci Swisher, Mango Jardim and Braxton Spicher
The family will receive friends at the Holley-Gamble Funeral Home in Clinton on Sunday, January 29, 2017 from 12-2 PM with the funeral service to follow at 2:00 PM.
