After graduation, he worked various jobs in the Central Pennsylvania region before settling in Treasure Lake just outside of DuBois. There he served on it's Board of Directors, was a member of the Weedvile Amerigan Legion, and was a 32nd degree Mason and Past Master of the Driftwood Lodge # 532. He was a former operator of the Treasure Lake Water & Waste System for many years, and most recently held an identical position for the city of Brockway located nearby. His body was cremated following a public viewing and service where Military Honors were performed by the Honor Guard of the Weedville American Legion. Scott was a great, lifelong friend and confidant who alwaws had his friend's back. He had recently been restoring his 67' Dodge Dart among his other toys.
