Ruth Ann Manning was raised in Henderson NV where she attended Basic High School, she was a Freshman at B.H.S. during the 1976-77 school year.
In February of 1983, Ruth was a slightly underage cocktail waitress working at the Marina Hotel/Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Later in 1983, Ruth managed to return to work as a cocktail waitress at The Westward Ho Hotel/Casino.
A few of Ruth's favorite material things in 1983, were sundresses, the cologne Ciara by Revlon and her beloved Tea Cup Poodle.
Ruth is survived by her children Richard Scott Cagle, Ashly Marie Norman and Michael Anthony Buttino.
In addition to her children, Ruth was also survived by her parents Harold Lloyd Manning and Betty Mae Chambers-Manning of Henderson, Nevada.
