Stefanie Michele Rua โ€“ born on January 2, 1983; went to Heaven with her best friend, Kristin on October 30, 2000.

Stefanie was the youngest, the baby of the family. Until she was about 16, we always called her "Teti." Only her nephew, Izzy, could still call her "Teti" without getting a dirty look. Stefanie was a typical teenager, who liked to do all the teen "stuff." She loved shopping, going to the movies (especially scary ones), talking on the phone (a lot), driving around in mom's car and being with her "peeps." Stefanie loved Jasmine Bleeth, Freddie Prinze, Jr. and N'Sync. She listened to all kinds of music, rap, pop, latin-beat, and sometimes (to make her Mom happy), even to Andrea Bocelli, and Yanni.

Stefanie had a wonderful personality. She had a special way of making people laugh. This was one of her special gifts. She had the Steve Urkel and Jim Carey moves down pat. You knew Stefanie was around, she made sure of it.

Words cannot express how much we miss Stefanie and Kristin. They were two special girls who made the whole world more beautiful. It is not the same here without them.

Rest in peace beautiful daughter, precious sister and forever friend. We love you and Kristin forever. Please watch over all of us.

Peace
