POPE, Saundra Passed away unexpectedly at home on January 14, 2016. Born June 14, 1959 in Alameda, CA. She is survived by her loving husband of 27 years, Glenn Pope. Also survived by her loving mother, Lorraine Mattos; her caring stepfather, Steve; her father, Mick Gomez, and his wife, Kathy; and stepsisters, Dori and Stephanie. Predeceased by her sweet sister, Michelle. She was a wonderful mother to her Pekingese daughter, Popette (deceased). Saundra loved her five nieces, three nephews, three great-nieces, and anxiously waited for her soon-to-be great-nephew. She accomplished so much in her short life. She was a top realtor in Sonoma County, recognized nationally. An incredible athlete, she loved running, yoga, mountain biking, snow skiing and dancing. Saundra lit up the room with her beauty, gorgeous eyes, sweet smile, warming laughter and sassy sense of humor. Very classy, a fashion statement wherever she went. She knew all the words to a song and lines to a movie with her impeccable memory. She was loved dearly by Glenn and his entire family. Our hearts are warmed with our beautiful memories and our lives have forever been touched by this sweet angel. We are sure that she is swirling through the universe with her dear sister Michelle. I love you forever, Saundra. - Glenn. Celebration of Life to follow at a later date. Please no flowers. If you wish you may make a donation to in Saundra's name. Thank you.
