When the Institute at Franklin was closed, in 1905, he removed to Oneonta. He is survived by his widow, a son, Chester T., three daughters, Mrs. C. C. Maler, Mrs. F. M. Smith, and Miss Annie Elizabeth Waters, and eight grandchildren, all of Oneonta NY
