Cathleen D. Rizo left us too soon. Cathy will leave a legacy of love and compassion to all who were blessed to have known her. Her kind heart, twinkling eyes and dimpled smile will remain with us always.
Loving wife of Mike Rizo, the best mother in the world to Danny Scott and Paris Quick (James), grandmother to Cassidy. Daughter of Don and Margaret McCuistion, sister to Ellen Finkbeiner (Dan) and Dru Ann Bloomfield. Preceded in death by brother Mickey McCuistion. Loving aunt to Aaron, Sean, Chris, Kevin, Ryan and Steven. She will be missed by her many uncles, aunts, cousins and "extended family".
Serving Northern California Insurance Industry for over 30 years and a past board member of Insurance Professional of Sacramento Inc.
Most of her life was dedicated to the Masonic family. She was a past grand officer of I.O.R.G. - Polaris Assembly, Past Matron of O.E.S. - Lauralane Chapter, Past High Priestess of Lady Shrine - Ila Neb, a member of Daughters of the Nile - Menzaleh. And most recently, lovingly served as First Lady to her husband, Mike, the past potentate of Ben Ali Shrine.
A Celebration of Cathy's life will be held Thursday, January 20, at 2pm. Ben Ali Shrine Activities Center 3262 Marysville Blvd. Sacramento, CA 95815.
