Fran was born to the late Herbert and Mamie Furlough. She is survived by her husband of nearly 43yrs,Jack Prendergast, her daughter, Tasha Cleveland of Leland: son, Mark Prendergast of Burgaw,N.C. and two grandchildren, Madison and Caleb Cleveland. Also surviving are her brothers,Wayne Furlough of Roper,N.C. and Leo Fulought of Plymouth, NC. She was preceded in death by her beloved son, Pat Prendergast.
