Graveside service for Floyd Vance Pyles, 78, was Monday at Fairmount Memorial Park.
Mr. Pyles, who was born in German Township, Ohio, died Wednesday. He graduated from Scio (Ohio) High School in 1938 and moved to Spokane that same year. He served in the Army.
Mr. Pyles worked for Custom Masonry as a bricklayer.
Survivors include two sons, William Pyles of Los Angeles and James Pyles of Seattle; and a sister, Bernice Moore of Scio, Ohio.
