Marie E. Longenbach, 88, of Allentown, passed away Friday March 14, 2014 in the Lehigh Valley Hospital. She was the wife of the late LeRoy L. Longenbach. Born in Gibbsboro NJ., she was the daughter of the late William and Helen (Reiff) Miller. She attended Allentown High School. She was employed at Woolworths for over 20 years retiring in 1990. She was an avid elephant collector, loved animals, traveling and spent most of her time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Survivors: sons, Lee R. and companion Georgene Fortunak of Manhattan NY, Barry L. and wife Cynthia of Long Beach Township NJ, daughter Kathie L Humphrey and companion John Auer of Allentown. grandchildren, Terri Keller, Zaddick Longenbach, Wade Longenbach, and Reinhold Longenbach, 6 great-grandchildren, brother Nicholas Miller of Lawton OK, sister, Helen Merkel of Slatington. She was predeceased by son LeRoy Jr. and daughter Penny Lynn.
