Cecilia R. Nieberding

BARBERTON - Cecilia R. Nieberding, 85, died April 12 at Barberton Citizens Hospital.

Born in Mt. Vernon, Ohio, she lived in Barberton since 1911, and was a graduate of the first class at St. Thomas Hospital School of Nursing in 1931. Mrs. Nieberding was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church, St. Monica's Altar Society, and the St. Thomas School of Nursing Alumni.

She is survived by her husband, Frank; and daughter, Lt. Col. Shirley Nieberding, U.S.A.F. (Ret.).

Funeral services Monday, 9:30 a.m., at the Hahn Funeral Home; Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. at St. Augustine Catholic Church, Fr. Albert Kunkel, Celebrant. Interment at Holy Cross Cemeteyr. Calling hours Sunday, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.; with Rosary service Sunday evening at 8:30.
