Deborah ‘Debbie’ Lee Boyd , 54, of Mt. Gilead, passed away on Friday August 26, 2016 at her home.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday August 30, 2016 at 11:00AM at Edwards Funeral Home Chapel in Norwood. Rev. Clayton Stoneman will officiate and burial will follow at Forest Hill Memorial Park in Lexington. The family will receive friends on Monday August 29 from 6:00 to 8:00PM at Edwards Funeral Home in Norwood.
Ms. Boyd was born on August 19, 1962 in Androscoggin County, Maine to Edith Sarah Chase Hubbard and the late Arthur Coffin. She was a CNA for many years and attended Deliverance Tabernacle Church.
In addition to her father, she is preceded in death by her sister Kelly Lynn Haley.
In addition to her mother she is survived by her children Marcia Gaddy and Johnny Howell Jr. of Mt. Gilead. Three sisters: Theresa Edwards of Mt. Gilead, Marlene McDade of Lexington, and Sandy Skaggs (Robert) of Albemarle; one brother: Michael Dean Coffin Sr. of Albemarle; and numerous nieces and nephews.
