Aileen was the daughter of Densuke and Hatsu Kunihiro. She was the wife of Ray I. Kano, and together they had six children.
Aileen had a special gift for working with plants and flowers, and spent years working at Stoker Nursery and Kano's Nursery, sharing her talent. She was a supporter of the Lady Lions Club of Syracuse, and greatly enjoyed participating fully.
In addition to her children, Aileen was, at the time of her passing, survived by 11 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ray.
