Norfolk - Funeral services for Mrs. Aggest B. Smith of 2730 Kimball Terrace were conducted Saturday in Holy Temple Church. Burial was in Betty Jones Cemetery with Graves Funeral Home in charge.
A native of Gadsden, TN, she was the widow of Bennie Smith Sr. Mrs. Smith was a member of the Church of God in Christ, Gadsden. She died July 26 in her home.
Surviving are a son, Navy CPO Bennie Smith Jr., a brother, Willie Barnett of Jackson TN; and two sisters, Mrs. Earle Mason of Alton IL, and Mrs. Besoria Hix of St. Louis MO.
