Rosemary Pascarella Powner, 83, of Kissimmee, Florida, stepped into the presence of our Lord on October 18, 2016 holding the hand of her beloved husband.
Rosemary was born in New Castle, Pennsylvania, on March 28, 1933.

Rosemary was preceded in death by her parents Robert Pascarella and Margaret Dwyer Pascarella; brothers Robert Pascarella, Richard Pascarella, and Frank Pascarella; sisters Margaret Bremner and Anita Vandenbord.

Rosemary loved to read and could finish a book in a day. She passed her love of reading onto her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed reading the Psalms and other Scripture daily seeking comfort and guidance. She spent many hours filling her home with music while singing along to praise and worship songs.
She also spent countless hours creating original gift designs filled with personalized meaning for her children, grandchildren and others. She expressed her love for her family through creating memories and time spent together – whether high tea at the Grand Floridian, sitting beside a peaceful lake in Celebration eating ice cream, picking up seashells at Amelia Island or a simple game played together at the dining room table with her faithful Bichon dog “Baby” at her feet.
Rosemary brought beauty and laughter into everything she did and always had a listening ear for anyone that needed it. She was a powerful prayer warrior and had a personal relationship with her Lord lifting others up in prayer on a daily basis. She loved her many long conversations with her nieces, cousin and sister-in-law. She was a loyal friend who was always there when you needed her. She was described as a sweet and gentle soul by many.
Rosemary’s warm and loving presence will be missed by all who were blessed to know her. Please join her family in honoring her memory by treasuring each and every moment of life. Create experiences with those you love, take time to call, always say “I love you” and forever hold them close to your heart.
A private cremation has been arranged by the family. A memorial and celebration of life will be held for Rosemary on Saturday, November 5 at 11 a.m. at 119 Venice Lane Kissimmee FL.
A mass will be held at St. Matthew Catholic Church on Friday, November 11 at 6:00 p.m. located at 25 Wilkins Road SW in Winder, GA. The family will hold a reception and gathering immediately after the service in the church fellowship hall.
