the funeral for Mrs. Florence Sheaffer, 63, of Grand Haven, who died of smoke inhalation following a minor fire at her apartment at 603 Franklin Ave. Late Sunday, will be held at the Kammeraad Chapel Friday at 11 a.m., with burial in Rest Lawn Cemetery at Holland. The former Miss Florence Koetsier was born in Grand Haven Sept. 17, 1906, and married Basil Sheaffer in 1943 at Grand Haven. He died in 1943. She leaves a daughter, Mrs. Duane Foster, Muskegon; a son, Charles, California; a brother, John Koetsier, Grand Rapids; three sisters, Mrs. Harry Bishop, Grand Haven, and Mrs. Dorothy Zerrup and Mrs. Ann Dwyer, both of Holland; and two grandchildren.
