James "Johnny" Johnson, a retired customer service engineer for IBM, died Wednesday of a heart attack at his home. He was 57.
Mr. Johnson was born in Waukegan, Ill., and lived in Folsom.
He was a graduate of Wilmot Union High School and attended Tulane University.
He was an Air Force veteran.
He was a member of St. John the Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Lynn Brown Johnson; two daughters, Michele Marie Johnson of Albuquerque, N.M., and Kelly Marie Johnson; and a sister, Donna J. Polencheck of Twin Lakes, Wis.
A Mass will be said today at 1 p.m. at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Ave., Covington. Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. Burial will be in Pinecrest Memorial Gardens.
