Mossman Dies, Ex-Legislator
GREY EAGLE, Minn. -Frederick T. Mossman, 90, a retired farmer and a resident here 87 years died Sunday at St. Michael Hospital, Sauk Centre, Minn. On Jan. 10, 1910, he married Gertrude Woodman.
He was a member of the House of Representatives in the State of Minnesota in 1916; member of Woodmen of the World; former president of Grey Eagle Creamery board of directors; past president of Grey Eagle Telephone Co. and marshal of the Grey Eagle Memorial Day services until five years ago.
He is survived by a son, Paul, Grey Eagle.
His wife died Dec. 28, 1953
. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at United Methodist Church with Rev. Howard Bredeson officiating. Burial will be in Lakeview Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be John Baird, Ronald Groves, Robert McClintick, Arnold Berscheid, Clifford Anderson and Bernard Johnson.
Arrangements are being made by the Villwock-Shad Funeral Home.
