Mary Ellen Williamson, 80 of Batesville died Friday, October 21, 2016. She was born November 10, 1935 at Rogers, Arkansas to Robert and Opal (Haigwood) Patchell. She was a retired registered nurse and a member of the Calvary Baptist Church in Batesville.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Survivors include her husband of 60 years, Bill Williamson of the home; son, Robert Williamson of Jonesboro; daughters, Mary Chambers of Jonesboro and Teresa Sharp of Batesville; brother, Edward Patchell of Rogers; grandchildren, Lindsey Norman, Anna Mullis, Chase Williamson and Sarah Grace Chambers; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, October 25, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at the Qualls Batesville Funeral Service Chapel in Batesville with Larry Poff officiating. Burial will follow in the Oaklawn Cemetery at Batesville.
Visitation will be Tuesday, October 25, 2016 from 1:00 p.m. until service time at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Donnie Norman, Kevin Chambers, Caleb Mullis, Mike Sharp, Von Perkey and Roy Cartwright.
