Mamie Violet Foster 72, of Yellowstone County Nursing Home, diedSunday morning at the nursing where she had been a patient for three years.
She was born Aug. 31, 1902, in Exeter, Neb., the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Henry Galusha. She grew up in Nebraska and married Truman D. Foster July 5, 1919 in Osceola, Neb., he died in 1970.
Mrs. Foster had lived in Billings since 1964. Survivors include a son, Tom.508 17th St.W.: a daughter, Mrs. Gerald E Petersen of Lakewood, Colo.,a brother, George of Hay Springs, Neb.and 6 grandchildren.
Services will be at 3pm Tuesday in Michelotti Sawyers Mortuary with the Rev. Fred Schneider of the Pilgrim Congregational Church officiating. Cremation will follow.
