WILLIAM L. (BILL) DUNLAP September 12, 1911 - March 12, 2007 95, passed away on March 12, 2007 in Oakland, CA of natural causes. He was a resident of Oakland for 60 years. For most of his career, Bill was a teacher and then a principal with the Oakland Unified School District. He was a 33rd degree Mason and a member of Aahmes Temple of the Shrine, where he was Potentate in 1978. Bill was preceded in death by his wife of 66 years Fern Glasgow Dunlap. Bill is survived by his two sons, David and James Dunlap, six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. A chapel service will be held at Chapel of the Chimes, 4999 Piedmont Avenue in Oakland at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 24, 2007.
