ROBIN FAYE ARMSTRONG, age 52, went to be with the Lord on Monday, April 14, 2014 surrounded by her family at her home.
Robin was a loving caring person who will be deeply missed by all who knew her especially her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Pauline DeBord Olinger and brother, Shane Olinger.
She was survived by her husband, Jamie Armstrong of Rich Valley, Virginia; daughter: Danielle Armstrong and fiancé, George Daugherty of Rich Valley, Virginia; sons: Eric Armstrong and wife Shannon of Marion, Virginia and Josh Armstrong of Rich Valley, Virginia; sisters: Donna Armstrong and husband Jack, and Patty Olinger, all of Marion, Virginia; one very special granddaughter: Kaitlyn Armstrong; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held Thursday, April 17, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at Ridgedale United Methodist Church, Rich Valley, Virginia with Reverend Mack Blevins and Reverend Tracy Puckett officiating. Burial followed in Ridgedale Cemetery. The family received friends, Wednesday evening April 16,2014, from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Seaver-Brown Chapel, Marion, Virginia.
