Edgemon, Kathleen Rowe (Kathy), age 56, of Concord passed away quietly Tuesday afternoon December 7, 1999 at Park West Hospital after a short battle with cancer. Kathy attended Virtue Cumberland Presbyterian Church. She was a graduate of the University of Tennessee. A loyal member of the Park West Forty Club. Kathy was an interior decorator and owner of Sun Dance Interiors. She worked with many charitable events and especially loved, and was involved in, the Fort Loudon Special Kids Christmas Party. Kathy was preceded in death by her father, Charles E. Rowe. She leaves behind her loving family: Husband of 36 years, Randy C. Edgemon. Daughters, Jody Edgemon of Knoxville, Kelly Edgemon of Park City Utah. Son and daughter-in-law, Casey and Amy Edgemon of Lenoir City. Mother, Cleo Rowe of Las Cruces New Mexico. Sister and brother-in-law, Patty and Jim Ellis of Las Cruces New Mexico. 2 nephews and a niece. Sisters-in-law and brother-in-law, Georgia Kelsey of Athens, Bernice Keylon of Midtown, Baker and Nell Edgemon of Ten Mile. Several other friends and pets. The family will receive friends from 6-7:45 P.M. Thursday at the Click Funeral Home-Farragut Chapel with funeral services to follow at 8 P.M. Rev. Don Acton officiating. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Cancer Association. Click Funeral Home-Farragut Chapel 11915 Kingston Pike in charge.
