He was born in Clarksville, Tennessee on March 2, 1942 to the late L.G. and Neppie Albright Monroe. He formerly worked with the Social Security Administration and Red Kap and was a member of the First Baptist Church. He is preceded in death by his Brother Don Monroe and is survived by his:Sister-In-Law Jacqueline Monroe of Auburn, Kentucky.Graveside Services for Lawrence Edward Monroe will be conducted Tuesday August 2, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. at the Albright Cemetery in Clarksville, Tennessee. Young Funeral Home Russellville Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
