He was born and reared in the Plattsburg community of Neshoba County. He was a graduate of the Class of 1992 of Neshoba Central. He was a heavy equipment mechanic by trade and had a passion for his work. Mr. Bounds was a member of Arlington Baptist and loved his family, which was his life.
