Death of Chas. Fudge A Resident 58 Years

Charles Robert E. Lee Fudge, 91, a resident of Larned 58 years, died yesterday afternoon in St. Joseph Memorial Hospital only a few hours after he was admitted.

Mr. Fudge was born Jan 30, 1870, in Lucas County, Ill., came to Pawnee County 63 years ago. He was a carpenter.

Last November he moved to Pawnee Rock to make his home with a nephew, Roy Blackwell.

His wife died March 4, 1958.

The funeral service will be at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at the Beckwith chapel. The Rev. C. E. King officiating, with burial in the Larned Cemetery.

Mr. and Mrs. James R. Boyd and family will spend Easter with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. W. L. Morris of Wichita.
