On November 17th 2005 Jeremy Farris was sentenced to 65 years for the murder charge and 20 years for dealing in methamphetamines. The remaining convictions, which included battery on a child, possession of methamphetamines, marijuana and paraphernalia, were merged by the judge into the overall sentence.
In October 2005 Crystal Fogarty was sentenced to 1 year home detention and 2 years probation for child neglect and possession of methamphetamine.
