Son of Patrick C Rogan (b May 22 1945 PA d Feb 2 2003 NC) and Barbara J Withrow Rogan (b Sept 23 1946 AR d ) Grandson of Ernest Withrow and Grace L Baker and Robert C and Mary Rogan brother of Brian, Sean, Brent and Grace Courtney Rogan. Jeffrey aspirated on milk in the nursery at Wilford Hall Hosp. Lackland AFB TX when he was 12 hrs old he expired 2 days later. He was 20in long weighted 8lb 8 oz and was healthy.
