Rita R. Martinez went home to be with the Lord on January 10, 2005. She was a loving, loyal, and caring Wife, Mother, Grandmother and Friend. She is survived by her husband Frank A. Martinez Jr, two children Frank M. Martinez and Denise Martinez-Martinez, daughter-in-law Cathy Martinez and son-in-law Daniel R. Martinez Jr. She was the proud and loving Grandmother to 7 grandchildren. Frances Martinez, Marlania Lucia, Samuel Martinez, Franky Martinez, Isaiah Martinez, and Daniel F. Martinez. Great grandson Aiden Lucia. Mom I miss you so much there is not a day that goes by since you left us that I don't think or cry for you. You are always with me in my heart. I know you are at peace and even though you were so ill for so long I wish you were still here with us. I take comfort in knowing you are no longer in so much pain. I know it was becoming unbearable towards the end. I know you are our Angel looking over us and protecting your family. I miss so much laughing with you about silly things that only you and I would think were funny. The holidays will never be the same without you. Mom watch over your grandson Daniel as he grows up he only had you in his life for 8 months before you left us as well as your other grandchildren. Danny and I will never let our son Daniel, forget you. He will know how much you loved him. You have left a whole in our hearts, but on day we will be with each other again.
