Lacy was only 6 years old when she had an accident at Skateland. She fell and hit the back of her head which splintered her skull and killed her instantly. She was my little cousin. In her memory, I named my 2nd daughter after her = Kailee Cheyenne Welsh. Her family will miss her dearly;
