"Brittney M. Billette. Jesus, with his arms outstretched, received the soul of little Brit-Brit, just hours after she received the rite of Holy Baptism. Brittney passed away suddenly Sunday, October 17, 1993, at The Children's Hospital in Cincinnati, OH. Age 20 months. She was born the daughter of D'Ann Hamilton and Mark Billette, on March 10, 1992 in Saginaw, MI. She was a member of the Catholic faith. Brittney has touched the hearts of all around her and will be dearly missed by her mother, D'Ann Hamilton, Cincinnati, OH; her father Mark Billette, Clawson, MI; her grandparents, Carol Lockhardt, Frankfort, MI; Robert Hamilton, Saginaw, MI; Marcia Johnston, Clawson, MI; James Billette, Marshall, MI; step-grandfather; Fred Johnston, Clawson, MI; great-grandmothers, Nellie Billette, Skidway Lake; Evelyn Averill, Bridgeport, MI; many aunts, uncles; and cousins. Brittney's untimely death has ended a beautiful, youthful friendship with Beth Ball, who is left behind to mourn her passing.
Funeral service will take place 11:00 a.m. Friday, October 22, 1993, at the Cederberg Funeral Home, 403 N. Michigan Ave. Rev. Daniel Anholzer, O.F.M., will officiate, with burial in St. Andrew's Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. and on Friday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
