Taylor Gerard Brown, 12, of Temperance, MI passed away on June 17, 2006 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg , OH. Born Dec. 15, 1993 in Sylvania, OH, he was the son of Douglas and Lori (Bodine) Brown. Taylor had cerebral palsy from birth which led to a decline in his health the last few months of life. He was baptized in Christ at St. Anthony Catholic Church, Temperance, MI. and also attended Monroe County Intermediate Schools. He loved his Grammy Bodine, Grandpa and Grandma Brown, his aunts, uncles, and caregivers for their endless love and support. He loved listening to music, rocking with his mother, swimming, reading, animals, attending school, truck rides, bus rides, golf cart rides, lawnmower rides, and especially boat and jet ski rides. Taylor also had a few girlfriends (his caregivers). Taylor had beautiful eyes, handsome features and an infectious laugh.

His special gift was lighting up the room with his beautiful smile and was his parent's angel.



Taylor is survived by his Parents, Douglas and Lori (Bodine) Brown, a brother Trevor, Grandmother, Dolores (Goodnough) Bodine, Grandparents Donald and Yvonne (Dermanelian) Brown, thirteen aunts and uncles, and forty-one cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandfather Lennon C. Bodine.

Visitation will be held 6-9 pm Monday and 2-9 pm Tuesday in the Michael W. Pawlak Funeral Home, 1640 Smith Rd. (at Jackman) Temperance, MI. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 9:00 am in the funeral home followed by Mass of Christian Burial in St. Anthony Catholic Church at 10:00 am. Memorials may be made to Monroe County Intermediate School District , Hospice of Northwest Ohio or Public Broadcasting Station.
