Dale E. Oliver Port Huron Dale Edward Oliver, 55, of Port Huron, died Monday, October 17, 2011 in St. Joseph Mercy Hospital. He was born August 4, 1956 in Port Huron to the late Bruce and Barbara Oliver. Dale attended Woodland Developmental Center, ARC, worked at Goodwill Industries and worked for Gerry's Distributing Company for over twelve years. He collected metal cars, enjoyed watching classic television shows and riding his bike and visiting friends. Dale is survived by four sisters, Sandy (Bob) Smith, Marsha (Clarence) Miller, Diane (Ed) Healy and Deborah (Bill) Briggs; two brothers, Rick Oliver and Randy (Brenda) Oliver; and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his brother, Scott Keith Oliver. Visiting hours will be 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday in Smith Family Funeral Home-South. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, October 21, 2011 in Smith Family Funeral Home-South, 1230 7th Street, Port Huron with visitation starting at 10:00 a.m. Reverend Dennis Cook will officiate.
