Logan Patrick Andre, 4 1/2 month old son of Adam and Lacy Andre was called home to be with Jesus on August 9, 2004. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Friday at Grace Church, 4200 E. 25th Street. Burial will be in Glendale Cemetery.

Logan was a very special little boy who was loved by many during his short time here. His memory will be cherished forever in our hearts.

In addition to his parents, Logan is survived by his sisters, Haley, Hannah and Emma; his grandparents, Joyce Andre and Tom Witt of Des Moines, Terry Tijerina of Des Moines and Dave and Chrys Judd of Milo; as well many aunts, uncles and great- grandmothers.

The family wishes to extend a heartfelt thank you to of the staff at Mercy Neo-Natal Intensive Care Unit for the compassionate and loving care given to Logan and his family during his time there. Logan will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Grandview Park Funeral Home. Memorial contributions on Logan's behalf may be made to the family.
