Alice Griggs Hagan, a long-time resident of NHC Healthcare, died on October 17, 2017. Mrs. Hagan was 107 years old. Born on August 28, 1910, Alice is preceded in death by her husband, Harvey Clayton Hagan; both of her children, Harvey Jr. and Bernice, and one granddaughter, Terri Johnson. Survivors include a granddaughter, Julia Sharp; grandson, Clay Hagan; and great-grandson, Eric Fondren, all of Georgia; many nieces and nephews, and a host of nurses and aides at NHC Healthcare, who lovingly became part of her extended family.
