He was Pilot in WW I
I suspect that I found him in one of the Kofl reports - probably 7th Armee, but I admit I really can't remember.
To answer your other question, Schustzstaffel 3 was formed on 1Jan17 by renaming KG 3/Ks 15. For 1917 it's primary duty was to escort the 2-seater FA(A) aircraft and protect them from attacking enemy aircraft.
Then in 1918 their role changed, they became ground support units, and their name was changed to Schlachtstaffel 3 supporting the ground troops by bombing and straffing.
I've written an entire book on these units called "Schlachtflieger!". It's 400 pages with 20 plus color aircraft drawings by Dan Abbott. It's a bit pricey at $80.00 USD. It's available from Schiffer Publications.
Hope this at least answers a few of your questions.

1922 he goes to Sofia, Bulgaria to work by Lufthansa, Germany.
Few weeks later he falls in love to my beautiful grandmother and 26. Nov. 1922 he married. He was a man with great charm and intellect.

He loved the cooking of my grandmother and her temperament, the house, the flowergarden and cats. He was Protestant - with Jewish roots.
