Rae was born May 21, 1962 in Altus to Wilford Wayne and Anita (Ensley) Rippetoe. She passed this life on June 27, 2014 in Austin, TX. Rae earned her Bachelor's in Business and Master's in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University.

Rae had coached women's basketball at University of Texas, San Antonio for 13 years. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Ardmore but attended Oak Hills Church while living in San Antonio.

She is survived by her parents Wayne and Anita Rippetoe of Ardmore; her mother in law, Sherry Blair of Kingfisher, OK.; niece, Morgan Rippetoe; nephew Max Rippetoe; Aunts, Judy Ayers (Husband, Joe of Thomas, OK; Bonnie Bennett, LaPlace, La; cousins, Jodi and Jennifer, Teena and Randy, Stan and Teresa; special second cousins: Kennedy, Karsyn, Kaymon ,Khloe and Boston; and numerous other cousins and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband Craig, Brother Ron, and her grandparents Leo and Lela Ensley and W.E. and Marie Rippetoe.

Funeral services are scheduled for Wednesday at 11:00 am at the First Baptist Church in Ardmore, OK with Dr. Alton Fannin officiating. Interment will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery in Ardmore, near her brother Ron.(32818610)


Rae Rippetoe-Blair Funeral services for Rae Rippetoe-Blair are sched­uled for Wednesday, July 2, at 11 a.m. at the First Baptist Church in Ard­more, with Dr. Alton Fan­nin officiating. Interment will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery in Ardmore. Rae's family will host a visitation Tuesday from 6 to 7 p.m. at the Crad­dock Funeral Home in Ardmore.

Rae earned her bachelor's in business and masters in business administration from Oklahoma State Univer­sity. While at OSU, Rae was a four-year starter on the women's basketball team and then went on to serve as an assistant coach there for eight years. Rae had also coached women's basketball at University of Texas-San Antonio for 13 years. She was a mem­ber of the First Baptist Church in Ardmore, but currently attended Oak Hills Church while living in San Antonio.

She is survived by her parents, Wayne and Ani­ta Rippetoe of Ardmore; her mother-in-law, Sherry Blair of Kingfisher; niece Morgan Rippetoe; neph­ew Max Rippetoe; aunts Judy Ayers and husband Joe of Thomas; Bonnie Bennett of LaPlace, La.; cousins Jodi and Jennifer, Teena and Randy, Stan and Teresa; special second cousins Kennedy, Karsyn, Kaymon, Khloe and Bos­ton; and numerous other cousins and friends.
