Daughter of Charles and Laura (West) Anglen, sister to Robert and Richard.
Cause of death: Killed by a drunk driver when she was 17 years old.
I have to clarify with my Aunt Laura, but I believe the driver's punishment was having to pay a fine of $1.00 a month for quite a long time and also having to carry a picture of Kim in his wallet as a reminder of what he'd done.
Kim's Dad, my Uncle Charlie, passed on February 17, 2006, missing her until the end. On Saturday, July 29, 2006, the remaining half of Uncle Charlie's ashes were buried with Kim.
