MaryAnn was the daughter of Frank D. and Anita [Scalzi] Clara, sister of Carolina Petrykowski, James Clara, Anita Lambert and Rosemary Kassab. She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers Robert G., Fortunato J., John R., and Frank J. Clara.
She was the loving wife of Robert Perry, mother of Marilyn Hopson, Robert Jr., Ronald and Marie Perry and proud grandmother of John, Beth and Tim Roberts, Tina, Dana, Jimmy and Tommy Perry.
She was an avid gardener, enjoyed cooking, canning, baking pies and home made bread, doing charcoal portraits and traveling.
She grew up in Detroit and worked at several well known dining establishments including The Pointe Bar B Que, Lombardi's and Vennilli's on Woodward Ave. before relocating to Pontiac, Mi.
