Mrs. Mildred Gasaway, of Chimney Rock, died at the ranch home Saturday of last week of pneumonia after a brief illness. The remains were brought to this city for interment, services being held Wednesday afternoon at the M. F. Church, the funeral arrangements being under the auspices of the G. A. R. and the Women’s Relief Corps. A large number of friends from the country were in attendance, as well as many from the city. Deceased was 69 years of age, a native of Tennessee and had been a resident of Montana for 23 years. She leaves a husband and one son, H. S. Gasaway, and a daughter residing at Bridger, Mont., to mourn her loss. Deceased was a most estimable lady and her death will be deeply regretted by a large circle of acquaintances in this city and the upper country.
